They are boiling good now.At this stage, all you do is put wood in as needed to keep them going without boiling over.
When they try to boil over I flip some in the air with my skimmer to cool them.
I have one inch of slope in the furnace with the fire at the low end.This pushes the skimmings to the high end were they are skimmed off.
I get a 5 gal bucket full of skimmings with each run.
