The juice is pumped into these barrels and allowed to set for an hour so it can settle.It then runs through a filtering sack and into the pan.
The pan is made of stainless steel. It cost over $500.00 for the metal today. It was made for my grandpa over 30 years ago.
Yellow Jackets are drawn in by the sweet juice but it wont drink much.
